La Follette Forum

The La Follette School convenes researchers, policymakers, and community leaders to address major policy issues during a daylong conference each spring. Past topics covered health policy and climate policy.

Paul Offner Lecture Series

The Washington, DC-based Urban Institute partners with the La Follette School to host a lecture series in honor the late Paul Offner, whose left a legacy of applying good scholarship to public policy, especially for disadvantaged people.

Public Affairs Journalist in Residence

Every semester, the La Follette School hosts UW–Madison's public affairs journalist in residence. Journalists regularly visit students, meet with local media, and take part in a public event.
