In June 2024, Jennifer Unitan became the Graduate Program Admissions and Recruitment Coordinator. In this role, she advises prospective and admitted students, develops recruiting partnerships to bring in new applicants, and supports the graduate admissions cycle. Jennifer joined the La Follette School in January 2024 as a project assistant for the school’s student services team while completing her MS degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis with a focus on higher education student affairs from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Before joining the La Follette School, Jennifer taught for the Stoughton School District, contributed to the Discussion Project with the Wisconsin Center for Education Research, and served as the business manager for the Rape Crisis Center.

She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin–Madison School of Business with a major in marketing. In her free time, she enjoys reading and most outdoor activities with her family, including swimming and hiking.
