Christian Moran has over 25 years of professional experience working in the health policy field in Wisconsin.
Christian has worked at the Wisconsin Hospital Association (WHA) since June 2025, currently as Vice President of Medicaid and Payer Reimbursement Policy. In this role, he leads WHA’s analysis and policy development efforts on Medicaid coverage and hospital/system reimbursement issues.
Before joining WHA, Christian worked in the Department of Health Services (DHS) for 10 years, most recently as a Medicaid policy bureau director. Prior to joining DHS, Christian worked as a policy advisor in the state Legislature, focusing on health care and long-term care policy.
