About
Christian Moran has 25 years of professional experience working in the legislative and executive branches of Wisconsin state government.
Christian has worked in the Department of Health Services (DHS) since 2014, currently as a Medicaid policy bureau director. In this role he leads the management of Wisconsin Medicaid’s health and adult long-term care managed care programs, including contracting, policy development, quality initiatives, and federal waivers. Prior to joining DHS, Christian worked as a policy advisor in the state Legislature, focusing on health care and long-term care policy.
In his free time Christian enjoys being active outdoors and vacationing in Door County with his family.
