In May 2022, scholars in economic policy and governance, speakers from private industry, and national experts convened to discuss American power, prosperity, and democracy at the third annual La Follette Forum. Chaired by Public Affairs and Political Science Professor Mark Copelovitch, the Forum explored some of the most serious challenges confronting the United States in decades. Over 200 people attended in person to discuss potential policy solutions to these challenges, and hundreds more attended virtually or watched portions of the day-long event afterwards.
