About the event
La Follette in the Twin Cities is a professional development trip for 30 graduate students to visit the Minneapolis/St Paul (Twin Cities) area to meet with alumni and policy professionals. Students will explore and consider internships and careers in the Twin Cities area and experience a variety of work environments. The group will visit work sites, attend an alumni panel, and have a chance to network with La Follette School alumni and friends at an evening reception. Confirmed site visits include the MN Office of Management and Budget, the Office of the Governor, Metro Transit, and the Latino Economic Development Center.
