A spirited day of giving where you can help support our students and unlock $40,000 when we reach 160 donors.
Help us unlock $40,000
Kevin Hayden (MA ’84), Terry Lierman (MA ’71), and Michael (MA ’82) and JoAnn Youngman created a generous $40,000 challenge for La Follette School alumni and supporters.
In honor of our 40th anniversary, every 40 Day of the Badger donors will unlock an additional $10,000 to support our students. Help us reach 160 donors to unlock the full $40,000!
Your gift’s impact
Our goal is to increase access to public policy education. Gifts made to the La Follette School during Day of the Badger will directly support our graduate students.
Since 2019, funds from donations have supported 47 future leaders through project assistantships, fellowships, and scholarship offers.
Get involved
- Make a gift on April 16 or 17 to help us exceed 160 donors — every donation makes a difference and every dollar counts!
- Spread the word and share your La Follette School spirit on social media by tagging @UWLaFollette and using #DayOfTheBadger.
- Alumni can rally their cohorts for the annual graduating class competition. The graduation year with the highest percentage of Day of the Badger donors wins. Follow along on social media to see the standings. The class of 2018 remains undefeated!
