About
“Salary negotiation.” Those two words may chill your blood more than any words other than “networking event” but if you give them that power over you, you will leave money on the table when you start your job. You should always negotiate, but can you negotiate with government agencies and NGOs? Don’t they have set salaries? Is there any wiggle room, and if so how do you even begin? Join us to hear from alums working in a wide array of jobs who are excited to speak with you and answer these questions and many more.
This event takes place on Zoom with registration required. After a short introduction and some general questions prepared for the alums, the floor will be open for your questions.
This is a part of La Follette’s very first Career Possibilities Week.
