Public Participation: Madison Metro Transit

This report recommends opportunities for the City of Madison's bus system to improve the way it gathers and incorporates public input into transit planning. The authors interviewed transit employees, resident groups, transit advocates, peer transit systems, and volunteer mobile app developers.
