In addition to courses with applied-learning components, La Follette School students comple research projects through dual- and double-degree programs, independent study course, and other opportunities. The projects allow students to live out the Wisconsin Idea – the principle that research at the University of Wisconsin–Madison can and should improve the lives of people in Wisconsin and elsewhere.
