College honors Treleven for advising

Admissions and academic services coordinator Mary Treleven will receive an Academic Advising Award from the University of Wisconsin–Madison's College of Letters and Science at a reception on Thursday, May 1.
The La Follette School invites Washington, D.C.-area alumni and friends of the school to attend a reception on Friday, November 4, in the Washington Marriott Hotel's Thomas Salon, 1221 22nd St. N.W. The reception is 5:30-7 p.m. with hors d'oeuvres and a cash bar.
Based on the number of business cards swapped, hands shaken and questions asked, the first "La Follette in D.C." program was an outstanding success in bringing students to the U.S. capital to meet alumni and employers.

The La Follette School of Public Affairs is seeking candidates for its department administrator position. July 12 is the deadline for applications.

Department administrator search begins

The La Follette School launched its search this week for a department administrator. La Follette School alumni are encouraged to apply.

Professor emeritus Dennis Dresang and donors to the scholarship fund named for him will be recognized at the La Follette School's annual Madison reception on Thursday, February 6, at Inn on the Park, 22 South Carroll Street, on the Capitol Square.

More than 60 alumni and friends plan to attend the La Follette School's Madison reception on Thursday, February 5, at Inn on the Park's Top of the Park, 22 South Carroll St., from 4:30 to 7 p.m.

More than 60 alumni and friends of the La Follette school plan on joining faculty, staff and students at the annual Madison reception on Thursday, February 7. The social event with hors d'oeuvres and cash bar is at Inn on the Park's Top of the Park, 22 South Carroll St., from 4:30 to 7 p.m.
