An overflow audience of more than 280 people asked a wide range of questions about the 2016 presidential election during a panel discussion November 15 sponsored by the La Follette School of Public Affairs and the Elections Research Center at the University of Wisconsin–Madison.

Yackee becomes associate director

Susan Webb Yackee is the La Follette School's new associate director, working with student services staff on admissions, curriculum and career development.

More than a dozen of the nation’s top scholars on regulatory review participated in a daylong workshop sponsored by the La Follette School of Public Affairs and UW–Madison’s Law School on Friday, March 23.

Public Management Research Association (PMRA) members have elected La Follette School Professor Susan Webb Yackee to the organization's Board of Directors. Yackee will begin her four-year term following the PMRA Conference from June 8 to 10 at American University, Washington, D.C.

Although many Americans don't think much about what's in their peanut butter, Susan Yackee, a leading scholar on the regulatory policymaking process at federal agencies, knows that the childhood favorite must contain at least 90 percent peanuts, as well as how that standard was established.
