Student chat with Legislative Audit Bureau Director Joe Chrisman (second session)

La Follette School undergraduate and graduate students can meet with Legislative Audit Bureau (LAB) Director Joe Chrisman for an informal chat.
No registration is required.
About Joe Chrisman, Wisconsin State Auditor
As State Auditor, Joe Chrisman leads the nonpartisan Legislative Audit Bureau and its accountability professionals in conducting financial audits, performance evaluations, and hotline investigations. Akin to the Government Accountability Office, which supports Congress in its oversight of the federal government, the Bureau supports the Wisconsin Legislature in its oversight of Wisconsin government and its promotion of efficient and effective state operations by providing nonpartisan, independent, accurate, and timely audits and evaluations of public finances and the management of public programs. In 2011, Chrisman was recommended unanimously by the Joint Legislative Audit Committee for the position of Wisconsin State Auditor and was subsequently appointed to the role on a unanimous action by the Joint Committee on Legislative Organization.
