Looking ahead: next steps for strategic planning and implementation | DEI strategic planning session

La Follette School students, faculty, and staff will discuss next steps for diversity, equity, and inclusion strategic planning, including implementation.

The DEI strategic planning sessions aim to develop concrete goals for improvement in key areas and recommendations for how the school can implement these goals and monitor progress. Prior to each meeting, participants are encouraged to review the suggested readings. These readings contain evidence-based research and provide background knowledge, language, and ideas for discussion.
