About this event

Join us for a fun, interactive event designed to help you survive and thrive through difficult conversations with people with differing views during the holidays and beyond. Led by La Follette MIPA student Allison Keeley, we will provide tools for conflict resolution and tips for de-escalating difficult conversations. The event will also feature Associate Professor Amber Wichowsky, a leading expert in civil dialogue who recently arrived at La Follette. Participants will have a chance to practice some strategies for conflict resolution over a traditional Thanksgiving meal. Build skills for civil, thoughtful discussions that will come in handy in your future policy career.
