About

GoinGlobal is excited to once again be hosting our wildly popular U.S. Visa Webinar Series with seasoned immigration attorneys, Mark Rhoads and Crystal Malik. Join us to explore the complex array of U.S. work visas available for pursuing employment throughout the U.S.

Both international students studying in the US and American employers alike often struggle to navigate the complex array of work visa options allowing foreign nationals to work in the United States upon graduation. GoinGlobal has teamed up with top immigration attorneys, Mark Rhoads and Crystal Malik, to host a series of webinars that offer clear guidance on the best visa pathways for success. During this webinar, they will explore the most common options available to international scholars such as F-1 Optional Practical Training, the H1B visa, and alternatives to the H1B for those who qualify. Additionally, they will address permanent resident green card issues and, time allowing, conclude with answering participant questions.
