  • Hear from Dr. Manuel P. Teodoro as he presents the Wisconsin Waterworks Excellence Project, a new innovative reporting system that grades over 570 public water utilities in the state regulated by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission (PSC)
  • Learn how the grading system uses A–F letter grades to evaluate water utilities across key areas: water quality, finance, infrastructure & operations, and communications, each based on multiple performance indicators
