Alumni and Friends Reception 2023

Alumni, students, faculty, and members of the La Follette School community are invited to our annual social event.


During registration, attendees may also sign up for the 7 p.m. Paul Offner Lecture with Tamara Keith.

Register

Alumni of any year, current students, faculty, friends, and supporters of the La Follette School are invited to attend our annual social event. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available. During the reception, the La Follette School Student Association (LSSA) will host a table and sell La Follette School merchandise.

The reception will be followed by our annual Paul Offner Lecture at 7 p.m.

NPR White House correspondent Tamara Keith will discuss Americans’ declining trust in traditional media and the significance of this trend in a democratic society. Following the formal presentation, Keith will answer questions about her recent reporting on issues as a White House correspondent. Both the lecture and reception will be held in Madison’s Overture Center for the Arts.
