Noah Roberts (MPA '19), Maureen Purcell, and Corissa Mosher will share information about working in the Governor's Office as well as internship and other opportunities. As current and former La Follette School students, they also will offer their unique perspectives on how their master's degree coursework impacted their work.
Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions on the presenters' current roles, their professional journeys, and the application process for working in the Governor's Office.
Noah Roberts: Policy Advisor, focusing on health, energy, and natural resources, and intern supervisor in the Policy Department. Noah was elected to the Verona Area School Board in April 2016 and has been president since May 2017.
Maureen Purcell: Legislative and Policy Assistant. Maureen was a teacher for 12 years and an education specialist at the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for two years. She is a current La Follette School student.
Corissa Mosher: Deputy Director of Constituent Services and intern coordinator. Corissa was a staff member for several legislators before joining the Governor's office. She is a current La Follette School student.
