Brokering Development Assistance in East Africa: A Policy Analysis

The Global Livingston Institute seeks to become a broker of development assistance in East Africa. This report expands upon a 2012 needs assessment and examines ways to meet development needs in the Global Livingston Institute's areas of operation. The authors recommend reinforcement and expansion of organizational capacities by developing a structured online database to match volunteer interests with nonprofit partner needs.
