Bush assists with successful school referendum effort

Daniel Bush (MPA '09) joined the School District of Lodi as business manager in summer 2016. He is responsible for managing the district’s financial and other business affairs as well as developing and supervising a $20 million budget.

In November 2016, Bush helped lead a successful revenue and construction referendum for the district, which is located about 25 miles north of Madison. Bush had been with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction for five years, working in school finance and accountability.

Bush, who received his bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh, and his family continue to live in Madison.
