Global Health Tuesday: Talking Health Out Loud

How volunteering led to life-saving strategies for teens. Nurse Susan Gold, RN, BSN, ACRN, who works in the UW Health HIV Clinic and Pediatric Infectious Disease Clinic, discusses her work to give African teens reliable information and a safe place to talk about HIV and sexuality. Her Talking Health Out Loud mobile platform was founded in 2015 and she received a 2017 Mandela Washington Fellowship Reciprocal Exchange Award to collaborate with AIDS No More in Kenya.
